Welcome to Better Steps Learning. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase and access of our online training courses. By using our website or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Course Access and Delivery
   Courses are delivered via Talent LMS and are only accessible online. No content is available for download. You must retain your login credentials to access the course material. We may update or modify content without notice to ensure quality and relevance. We reserve the rights to archive and possibly delete your account after a fair and reasonable duration after you complete your course(s) inline with privacy and data retention standards.
   

2. User Responsibilities
   You agree to provide accurate and current information at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. You must not share course access with others or reproduce course materials. Any unauthorised sharing, copying, downloading, or distribution of course content without written consent from Better Steps Learning is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access if these terms are breached.
   

3. Payment and Refunds
   Payments are processed via Stripe. Refunds are only considered if requested in writing within 7 days of purchase and are granted at the sole discretion of Better Steps Learning. Eligibility for a refund will depend on course access and use.
   

4. Promotions and Discounts
   We may offer promotional pricing or bundled deals at our discretion. These offers may be withdrawn or changed without notice.
   

5. Certificates of Completion
   Certificates are provided upon completion of a course and are for personal and professional development use. They do not constitute formal accreditation, but may be used as evidence to employers for completion of professional development.
   

6. Intellectual Property
   All course content is the property of Better Steps Learning. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our content may result in legal action for damages, including financial and intellectual property losses. Purchasing a course does not grant any licence to copy, resell, or share materials.
   

7. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Better Steps Learning is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from course use. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the course.
   

8. Breach of Terms
   Failure to adhere to these terms may result in immediate cancellation of access without notice or refund. Better Steps Learning reserves the right to pursue legal action for any breach resulting in financial or intellectual property loss.
